Introduction
Tagrain is available in 2 editions – Community and Enterprise differing in the features and functionalities they offer There are two payment options available to subscribe to Tagrain. You may subscribe to Tagrain either on a Monthly payment plan OR on an Annual payment plan. See: Tagrain Pricing. Whatever plan you subscribe to you are required to supply your credit card details.
In some cases you may want to change the credit card that was used in the previous transaction. You would want to do that for hassle free uninterrupted retail experience.
In this section we are going to explain how you can go about updating your credit card information in Tagrain.
Step 1. Login into the Tagrain web application. Click on the “Admin” picture in the top right corner. A sub-menu on the right appears.
Step 2. Click the “Manage Account” option in the right sub-menu. This will bring up the “Subscription” screen. The “Subscription” screen displays the Plugins that you have purchased and the Plugins that were included with your Tagrain Edition.
Step 3. Click the “Manage Card” button. This will bring up the “Billing” details page. This page displays the bill breakup under the following sub-headings:
-- Current Plan
-- Payment Method
-- Billing and Shipping Information
-- Billing History
Let us look at each of these sections in detail.
Current Plan
This section of the “Billing” screen contains information about the “Current Plan” you are subscribed to. It displays the type of edition you are on, the Plugins that you have purchased, the total annual price, and the renewal date for your subscription.
Payment Method
This section of the “Billing” screen contains information about the “Payment Method” you have opted for. It displays the type of credit card that you have used to make the payment, the last 4 digits of the card, along with the expiration date.
Click on the “Add Payment Method” link to bring up the “Add Payment Method” dialog box wherein you can enter Credit Card Number, its expiration date, CVV number, and the pincode.

In case you have multiple credit cards added as your payment methods, you can:
1.Pick the card that you want to make as the default payment method for all your future payments.
2.Delete the card so that it is removed from the database and is not appearing as one of the payment methods.
This section of the “Billing” screen contains information about the “Billing and Shipping Address” that you have registered with Tagrain at the time of subscription.

Note: In case the “Billing Address” is the same as the “Shipping Address” you can put a tick against the option “Same as billing address”.
Billing History
This section of the “Billing” screen contains information about the “Billing History”. It displays the date when the payment was made, the amount that was paid, and the name of the store along with the edition that you are on.
Click on the little arrow next to the date to bring up the ”invoice paid” screen. This screen contains information critical to your application like the invoice number, payment date, and the payment method. It also has the “Download Invoice” and the “Download Receipt” buttons. Clicking on these buttons will redirect you to the corresponding pages.
